I've played almost ten time to realize a "good" inp file, and that inp life DO PLAYBACK, i've tested it.

Since Growl ha a lot of sync problem, try to playback it without sound and with -frameskip 0

sorry Giovanni, but it DOES NOT playback with dos mame version 36b6 (zip CRC af988dbb), i've tried frameskip 0 with and with out sound, with and with out throttling. I am removing the growl.cfg,growl.hi before playback, do you remove the growl.cfg? If not please include hi\growl.hi and cfg\growl.cfg with your recording. are you sure you are playing it back with dos mame 36b6?

Yes, i always check the inp berfore sumbmit it, and i always delete .cfc and .hi files before record a new inp.

by the way, if you say the inp doesn't work i'll try to record another one, probably the game has big sync problems :(

yes, i'm not doubting you can reach that score! you are a good player. But this game, like you say, has sync problems. The only inp i have been able to playback so far is the 10k win35 growl recording that is confirmed. I would like to know if anyone else has troubles or is able to play your 60k inp or any other recording back besides their own.

I'm not sure what the deal is exactly with these Growl recordings, but I just tried recording a game with sound on on MAME 0.36 final DOS. Didn't work. I then tried recording it with sound off. It does work when sound is also off on playback.

At least, I hope it plays back on others' machines... not a spectacular score but I'd like to see this matter resolved.
