Sweeteners are not a must have. The best sweeteners are still those natural produced in your own little plot.

There is actually a proven link between the usage of salt and the usage of sweeteners. The more salt you use the more sweet stuff you will crave and the more sweet stuff you consume the more salt you crave.

Keep that in mind every time you open cans and other prepagaged foods.
