Lessons learned from botch-ups of large-scale
information technology projects have not been
shared, says an official report into IT projects.

The Audit Office report, released yesterday,
comes after highly publicised problems with
projects such as the Police INCIS system that
was dumped last year after budget blowouts and
time line overruns.
