Ok, i think it was 95.5 i was listening to on Friday night and the last song that was played on ER while Carol went to see Doug was on. It had all the characters voices in the background, like the guy that asked Carol about 1 true love, and doug asking "where are the girls". I just thought I'd let you guys know. I loved it!

Hey Danielle, is that the NY radio stattion, WPLJ. If it is then maybe we ask them to play it again. Kinda like requesting them on the radio. They usually have the request hours at 12 noon on weekdays. I was also thinking about maybe voting both songs on the radio. Here in NY, some stations do a favorite list where they would play the requested songs of the day. The radio station, Z100 has their Top 9 at 9 on weekdays. KTU has theirs on at 8pm weekdays. Hey maybe we could even request it on MTV to give us the video for the Bush and Don Henley's song on TRL. For this to happen, we have to have all the ER fanatics to do this. Don't you think this is a cool idea?

i was just about to start a thread about the same exact thing, because i just heard the song this afternoon on that exact station: wplj 95.5 in new york. they called it the "er mix" of "taking you home". i just heard the end, but i was so thrilled. i started screaming as i drove.

oh, and about the TRL thing on MTV, i think that would require that there was actually a video made by don henley. you never know, but i wouldn't count on it.

WARNING! A few years ago someone did the same thing to a Springsteen song, "Secret Garden" It was a beautiful song and it was ruined with the dialogue from Jerry Maguire. So just buy the Don Henley CD when it comes out!!!
