NEW DELHI: Users have been advised to remain vigilant about new strains of the ILoveYou virus that have been discovered, according to a Computer Associates virus alert.

The first is VBS/LoveLetter.j which includes the subject line LOOK! and the body text `hehe...check this out'. with the attachment named LOOK.vbs.

The second new strain is the VBS/LoveLetter.K with the subject line `Thank You For Flying With Arab Airlines' and the body text `Please check if the bill is correct, by opening the attached file', with an attachment ArabAir.TXT.vbs.

The newest variants, VBS/LoveLetter.j, and VBS/LoveLetter.k are far more dangerous to computer users than the previous versions, because they destroy executable files that allow programs to run. This is in addition to the prior variants that only overwrote media files.

Another variant appears as an e-mail from an anti-virus company to its customers. The e-mail starts out: ``Dear Symantec customer, Symantec's anti-virus research center began receiving reports regarding VBS.LoveLetter...''. The attachment is entitled `protect.vbs.
