PHOENIX, May 9, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- (OTC:BB - IPVC) announced today that phone service in their building was lost when workers cut through a fiber delivering phone service to 5050 N. 19th Avenue.

US West told all businesses in the building that the earliest phone service might be restored was Thursday at 8:00 PM local time. The result of the outage is that no incoming calls are going through, and voice mail systems have been left inoperative.
