which tae-bo tape should I get?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Squishy : One Thread

Pamie and friends! I need your help!

First off, even though I'm a tad younger, I believe we had the same television watching habits during our youths. Nick Rocks! yea!

Anyway, knowing that many here are members of the Billy Blanks squadron, I must ask this: Which tape will suitably tone and sculpt without kicking too much butt? You see, I am up for butt-kicking, but the bf has a bad knee and has fallen the way of the pudgy computer scientist. But we have vowed to do Tae-Bo in the new living room all summer so that he can be buff once again.

So we need something that will challenge and do the job, but won't send anyone crying to the floor with their lower leg unattached.

merci beaucoup in advance...
