Have lost 6 pounds. Only another 4000 to go. Only had one alcoholic bev on weekend - a pint pf Stella with Screach. Off for my rice and broccoli now.

I'm impressed Dougal. I need to start, I had a knock around in the park with some friends the other day, and one of my friends was taking a free kick and so I stood in the wall (on my own) and the goalkeeper asked for two less in the wall:(, having said that I scored off my stomach on Sunday in a game so Iwas quite happy
