ITV Day of Promise: Diet

I pledged to go on a diet and lose lots of weight. I saw the dietician woman at work and she suggested I start off on 1300 calories a day. This works out at:

5 pints of beer OR 3-4 bars of chocolate OR 4-5 bags of crisps OR

Loads of salads.

In the interests of getting healthy too, have decided to opt for salad option. Will update you. Have to pay the Debra charity (for little ones who have that disease which means that if anything touches theur skin, they get a festering sore etc) #250 if I succeed.

Good luck to you...i'd forget the salads and go for the beer or chocolate. FAr more satisfying. 1 pint for breakfast, 2 pints for lunch(or a pint and a chocolate bar) and 2 pints for dinner(2 chocolate bars if you're on the wagon). Drink Guinness...it's filling and has plenty of iron to keep you strong. ahhhhh. ;-)

My own "Day of Promise" promise, was to get another lager when the lasy one was finished. Luckily, Bank Holiday Monday was a great success in this regard.
