I monitored the forum assidously through the statistics page at the bottom of new questions. Bouncing back and forth between recent answers and the statistics page, this is what I came up with. It is not scientific but I believe it to be correct. We will never actually know for sure. OTBR stated that she could not tell for sure, either.

But I guess you shot a bullseye on the 20,000 post. There would have been an award had someone guessed it was you(see the thread titled NET non-elian topic) who would post.

The only award you will get is a listing in the stat book-I will always remember it was you, just as I remember it was Malcolm Taylor who was the 10,000th.

You were very close. It was sometime between 12 midnight and 12:15 on 5/1/2000. You get 1/3 of the award for being the closest on time!
