Can anyone tell me what format the pictures are on a Kodak CD. jpg, bmp???

They're in Kodak's own PhotoCD format (.PCD).

Depends. If you are talking about a PhotoCD then the format is Kodak's .PCD. If you are talking about the more common PictureCD then it is .JPG
