What is the difference between VCD 1.1 and 2.0?

That is (2.0 - 1.1)= 0.9, but looking for VCD maybe is: VCD 2.0 you can create Menu options and after you see your DVD Player with e few options for control-remote. VCD 1.1 you don't create Menu options but if you included several Track each one is sequential on the numbers of your control-remote and if you encode with correct specification maybe you get full control of your DVD Player. Most of the Burners are'nt prepared for this job. I think
