The April 17th edition of the Richmond TIMES-DISPATCH newspaper carried a feature article on Tom Rice, former president of ACL and SCL). Did anyone clip the article? If so, we would like a copy. Even better, did anyone download the electronic version from the paper's web page, http://www.timesdispatch.com? (It is still available from their archives, but only by paying a fee)
