That would depend on the cookie settings,have you designated your Mac to alert you of all cookies? You might be surprised at how many are thrown our way.

PS and as a side question: Do you know of any way to detect the modem installed in a Mac? Minus more than a few hairs and Not from the board ; ) (In need of attitude adjustment).

Have you tried just plain old "turning them off"

(disable all cookies)
