How can I make my own MPEG credits?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Video CD : One Thread

I want to put some scrolling credits at the end of my VCDs. Also a intro would be nice. Just some text saying that I made the VCD. Maybe with some pictures and animation.

How can I do this easily?

Thanks in advance,

This is easily and cheaply done with ULead Video Studio 4. But you render your project back with and into the native AVI codec you used in your video clips, like MJPEG AVI. Do not be tempted to use the VCD MPEG-1 template because quality is bad. ULVS4 uses the LSX engine for MPEG encoding but because presets are not available quality is not acceptable. Instead, use Panasonic to convert your final rendered AVI to MPEG.
