Yesterdays Sunday People ran an exclucive by Ex Newcastle Journal writer Martin Hardy saying that Dunc would be going to Boro in the summer for #5 million. HE also reckons that Dunc will be out of action with his knee injury for between 3 and six months, and this won't put off Bryan Robson. Todays Ronnie Gill has Bobby robson saying that Ferguson being out for that amount of time is rubbish, and he expects to see him training in 2 - 3 weeks. However Bobby Robson neither confirms nor denies the story that Ferguson will be sold.

It is plain to see that we have missed Ferguson over the last week. The contribution to our surge up the table has been as nig as anybody at the club and I'm sure Shearer would back me up on this one.

Summer's here and the transfer rumours start again, Fergie off to Boro! He would be a tremendous 'one of three' strikers and to sell him for less than #8 million would be a travesty, because of the same old story "how much would it cost to replace him."
