I am running the Hp S20xi via USB on Win NT 4.0 SP5. It works well but I want to know if there is a way to adjust the focus on it. I've run the calibration card through several times. When I scan a Fujichrome Velvia or Sensia slide which is in perfect focus (!) and output a TIFF file it is not in sharp focus. Areas in the central 40% of the slide (and this happens on most slides I scan) are slightly fuzzy. The slide does not appear to be warped.

I've seen many other scanned images and the 'sharpness' I'm looking for doesn't appy to issues of pixelization and such. Thanks for any help!
