i have been downloading successfully on a laptop for several weeks and now i get the message cant connect to computer i have chked everything i know..connection speed , right port...etc..i am travelling now and will try the cord on my home computer but the only think i can think of is the cord is bad...any other ideas would be appreciated

I'm new to this but the third time I tried to download I couldn't. I set the baud rate down to 36k and it worked. Don't know why yet. Maybe if I didn't have so many programs running. Hope this helps
