Dream Within a Dream Poe seems to be saying that he isn't sure what to think about life, he knows he feels what he feels and all emotions seem to be true to him but is some way he feels that everything isn't real, it is mearly a transparent world that is only him and everything around him is only a figment of his mind. like riches and poor, and everything changes so fast, he is asking god if everything is real or mearly a dream
