NORWEGIAN FRUIT SOUP
Good for breaksfast-warm or cold.
Heat to a simmer:
1-27-29 oz can sliced peaches or pears 3 cups apple juice
1 cup apples, diced 1/2 cup prunes, chopped 1/2 cup raisins
Cook ten minutes.
1/2 cup tapioca and cook about ten minutes or until thickened. I also like to add cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to this mixture. See what your family likes and enjoy!
