I heard someone talking about Malachi Martin's book and his notion that the Catholic church feels locked in battle with capitalism and communism for control of the world. She tied it into a priest who traveled to Elian with some holy artifacts... I missed many of the details, but was wondering if anyone out there could flesh this thing out a bit?
