Someone asked for a recommendat for an on-line photo dealer. I dug through my old receipts and found that I have bought cameras and accessories from B&H Photo (http://www.bhphotovideo.com), Adorama (http://www.adoramacamera.com)and Smile Photo (800.516.4220)

All of my dealings were quite a while ago before they were on the web but I wouldn't expect that to change anything. But be aware - they are all New York City stores and congeniality is not their forte. I've never seen such an arrogant bunch as NYC dealers. This is not a reflection of their products or service but if anyone knows of a NYC dealer that smiles let me know.

You are certainly correct. Lack of congeniality is treating them mildly. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. Thanks to ordering online I don't have to talk to those clowns anymore..
