Wracky Review

Ok, for those who got the infamous Wracky monster and are wondering if its worth raising(due to its rock bottom stats), heres the answer...

YES!

Here are the Wracky's strengths: High Speed High Intelligence High Life Long Lifespan (Think 6+ with peach) One of the best withering techniques in the game Fast guts regeneration

Here are the Wracky's weaknesses: Poor power(very poor) Poor Skill Poor Defense

Now you are probably wondering how you fight with a monster such as a wracky with such low skill... the answer is patience. Once the Wracky learns Blade Shot (a hit technique) and trick (a withering technique), the wracky becomes a force to be reckoned with. Heres the strategy

blade shot is an intelligence technique that has a force rating of C and a hit rating of S, which with a substantial intelligence statistic, will be a wracky's main attack. Its modestly priced at 29 guts, which is offset by its quick guts regeneration.

Trick is a E force, C hit, A withering technique priced at 32 guts. This should be used on slow regenerating opponents since it drains up to 50 guts from the opponent. Since the enemy will not attack you until it has at least 45 guts, you can use this technique to starve your enemy.

But the bottom line is that the Wracky is a powerful monster if time is spent into raising it.

final notes: make sure it has 900+ speed (this is what really wins you games) 600+ intelligence is also desirable 400+ life is recommended other stats are up to you

My Charles: 796 Intelligence, 200 skill, 102 power, 130 defense, 973 speed, 483 life

7 years 8 months (gold and silver peach)

Legend Cup Winner (yay!)

Raise Wrackys!

Thanks for the good word. I'm currently working on mine, hes bout a year old and I was sorely tempted to forget bout him till I read your review. What a miserable natured lil brat. He makes an undine look like a phoenix. Least his nature has gotten to neutral from worst, so I guess theres hope.

i am also currently raising a wracky. [there should be a saddam hussein doll that allows you to get an "iraqi" but that's another game] i probably spent too much time dawdling at the lower levels cuz his numbers look low, but you're right, zoinks - he fights much better than his numbers wouold seem. and speed is the key.

Well, a little update on my efforts with the Wracky. You really pay for this guy early on, but he more than pays for himself in the long run! Mine is now S class, is a little over 6 years, and is a Silver peach gathering machine. I wish I had another ancient monster (6+) that was in fighting form, since I am dying to see what he fights like as a wracky/mock cross-breed! Thanks again Zoinks!!

couldn't agree more zoinks....just had my second generation wracky (a wracky/durahan) win me the big 4.... haven't played since but i'm hoping to see the legends cup soon. wrackies definetely play better than their stats (but their final stats can look awful good)... they're little dodging machines..... anyways, if anyone out there is intimidated by their bad nature and low starting stats, just be firm and eventually they'll come around. its hard to hit and can CONSTANTLY harass the opponents, doing moderate to medium damage all the way.... picture a long fight in which you can pester even the plants into getting off about 2-3 attacks.
