changing natures

greenspun.com : LUSENET : B's Monster Rancher 2 : One Thread

OK I know how to pretty much everything I need to! BUT NATURE! I never had a problem with it, it ALWAYS went like in a B-line for best and I was the thing in the LIKES catagory. I never really cared how about the evil moves or anything but now I have a mochi/durahan and it's like worst to bad. and I am like soft style some how. Well back to my question, i need to know how to get nature from good to bad, and bad to good. Like any little tips, or techniques you have would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

1.) Feed 10 Sweet Jellies for bad nature.

2.) Feed 10 Sour Jellies for good nature.

The basic rule is to feed your monster 10 jellies each time that you want to change the nature.

3.) If you want bad natured monsters, encourage them to cheat and don't scold them every time for failure.

4.) If you want a good natured monster, praise it when it gets a "Great," and scold it almost every time that it fails.

Actually, letting your monster get away with failures doesn't make it bad, it just makes it lazy (Soft style). Also, if you get the Hero Badge or Heel Badge, it will pull your monster towards good or evil, respectively. To get them, have a Good or Best-Natured monster on the 4th week of October to compete for the Hero Badge, or a Bad or Worst-Natured monster to compete for the Heel Badge. Both tournaments can be entered into by creatures of any rank, but you'll need to be about B-rank or A-rank quality to compete.
