I NEED HELP GETTING THE DRAGON AND CENTAUR!

I have had trouble getting the spear and getting into the dragon tusk tournament. I am B class with my Mocchi and sent it on pow. erranty and it didnt fight centaur or find a spear. And on the month of july, I didnt get invited to the dragon tusk tournament. I HAVE ONLY TRIED RAISING MOCCHI so far and I am four years into the game with all stats almost level 7. Please answer any questions you can.

Well I used a phinx and got it to 4th rank and then went to the pow. eranty to get to spear to get cent. Make 6th rank with 1 monster then raise another one to B rank then fight all the B fights and you will get invited to fight a dragon, the history is made.(I think you need to fight the paperes cup fight to get invited).
