If you mean rare monsters are monsters that have sub as "???" then "NO" (and other case is "NO" too.)

CDs that give u rare monsters are all TECMO PSX games. ALL TECMO CDs give u rare monsters.

The reason why is a CONSPIRASY!!!!! Tecmo plans to do this to raise money for world domination!!!!!! They are making more money each time we get a rare, aliens are also involved in this too. WE ARE DOOMED AS WE KNOW IT!!!! I am telling you, its a consporacy, so is PokeMon, its another conspirsy that was made long ago.... I believe that the reason they made a blue AND red version was to make it that we hadto buy all of them to get all monsters, soon it polute theworld, one day you'll see that a cute little pikachu you want to care for, the next day you will see a deadly brain sucking alien that is about to take over the world, the only way to protect yourself will soon be rubber chickens, ahhh!!!!! No, not ALL Tecmo cds have rare monsters. Have you ever tried getting a Mochhi off the MR2 cd?

OH BROTHER! Okay first not ALL Tecmo games produce rares, second it is true that all PSX pprodues rares because PSX games DO NOT add or remove tracks on a reprint like music CDs tend to do (take Nirvana's Nevermind that was reprinted 3 times and only one of them give you the infamous Swimmer). But for those of you that DO play Tecmo games here is the list of Tecmo rares I have compiled: Monster Rancher- Sueki Suezo (what does Sueki mean?) Tecmo Super Bowl-Forward Golem Tecmo Stackers- Caloriena Tecmo's Decepton 1- Mocchini Kagero: Deception 2 -Time Noise (which seems to have a huge following on this news post.) If I missed a Tecmo game please feel free to list. BTW the Monster Racher 2 CD doesn't even read itself it knows you left it in there and it gives you a Mocchi. BTW #2 if you leave the orginal Monster Rancher in it doesn't care you did that, and gives a relatively uncommon monster (Hawaiian Dino or something like that)

gallop racer, a game by tecmo, doesn't give a rare. damn! aside from kagero, thats about the only tecmo cd i had ( other tham mr2, of course).
