I notice what might possibly be artifacts of the anti-Newton-ring (textured glass) carrier for 6x6-6x9 films, when scanning negs that have delicate areas (sky, etc) in the Dimage Scan Multi; I'd describe it as a clothy or "woven" look, aligned generally in the "width" direction of the neg.

Have others seen this? Does Minolta (or anyone else) plan to offer a glassless carrier for medium format?
