Does my monster condition affect the training results?

Response to Training results..?
From what I've seen it has a minor effect, on results, but there's a bigger issue. When you send your monster to training, it's the equivalent of four straight weeks of work, with no rest. Usually, you want to rest your monster after 3 weeks. This means that training ALWAYS overfatigues your monster, which means lifespan loss. Sending them away when they are in any condition but very well is a big lifespan loss.
Now, if you were talking about cruel-spoil, it all depends on the monster. It affects training the same as it affects work. each monster has a certain style it works best at, and you have to find out where that is.
