Thanks for the link. I take note that Equilon is a part owner of the pipeline they are also partners in Olympic Pipeline which had the leak and explosion killing 3 boys in my neck of the woods. Seems their pipes are dangerous no matter where they are located. They are ill-kept and the company doesn't seem to care, just stonewalls the world.
