Are there good digital cameras that can be conncted to a PC or Mac and used as a web cam at low res and a 30 frames/s frame rate? For this the camera -Must be able to do the required frame rate. -Have software included for the compression. -Have a good link with the computer (USB or even better: firewire) Can anybody tell me which cameras meet all these requirements?

You can buy cheapo tethered digicams that do this for like $99, USB. They're readily available all over.

For real still digicams forget it. :)
