AArrgghh!! My nerves are currently packing in...no joke.

Its the first time in years we genuinely have a team who, if they perform on the day, can win a match no matter what. We also have the first manager since KK who we all admire and respect.

Who knows what will happen tomorrow....Im unable to head into london to cherish the atmosphere with fellow fans...at least there will be someone screaming for our lads in the heart of Essex.

Good luck lads... just play the best you can and give us a day to enjoy and remember.

"Sleepless in Singapore" (Pete's in Seattle!), that's me, I keep logging on to the "BBS"; no one about. I realise it's only ~5.30am. in the U.K. but, where are the boys from Oz, Kegsy?

I'm still quietly confident; the manager at my local (a Chewsea supporter) wouldn't take a bet with me - another good omen, he'd normally bet on anything!

Me palms are a bit sweaty, maybe it's just the humidity! ;-)

8.5 hrs. to go, HOWAY THE LADS!!!!!!!!!!

Is the match being shown live in the U.K. - for those of you not going to Wembley?

At least we've got it live, same in Oz, Kegsy I'll expect you'll give your taxi driver a decent tip; e.g. Newcastle for the Cup!

I'm about and the nerves have really set in, they're about the only thing that could take my hangover away. Bit of a late night shall we say. I've been telling everyone all week that we're going to win, but now.....like I said the nerves are driving me crazy.

Morning All.

Anybody nervous??

I can't settle to anything - The suspense is killing me. Roll on kick off.

I saw at least a dozen magpies clustered together this morning when I went to get the paper. I'm claiming that as our lucky omen!

I am putting togther a lecture at the moment, on my new wohoo PC ;o)

Absolutley Jay. no extra time and no penalties. I won't get home till 3 if it goes to pens and also we've only got 2 penalty takers in the team.......

Its ten to eleven in the morning London time.....and the nerves are getting very frayed.

No ticket......and I'm only 15 minutes from the stadium.....so if anyone knows of any spares around, I can be there last minute.

Failing that, back down the lucky pub, The Prince of Wales, with Scratchy and a couple of others.

Heres to a good day.......back again soon.

10:50 am in UK now - up at 7 with bairns - watch some Disney rubbish, breakfast, done lawn, now off to tip and getting Josh junior a new pair of football boots.

Keep busy, getting extremely twitchy, but I've got a Sky card for this afternoon.

Roll on 2:30 ish so I can start drinking without a conscience - middle of the day drinking etc.

See ya'll tonight.

We're not jealous of Screach and the rest at Wembley - no replays of Als hat trick - I'm on a promise if he get's one - perhaps somebody knows better than me.

TTTESWAWA

PS When the final whistel goes and we've won I want the world to shake.

PPS The mate who's coming round to share the experience has only watched a couple of matches live - ManU 5-0 & Soton 5-0 this season. An omen.

I suddenly feel confident. Very Confident. I'm sick of seeing the pics of last years final on Sky and Lee and Shearer looking mightily p*ssed off. We're going to win and tomorrows headlines will be: Shearer's semi
Shear delight
And they'll be talking about the deadliest BRITISH strike force.
I think I need to clam down!

To ITK - that must be frustrating! So close and yet so far, and all that! No doubt you will hear it though! Here`s to a good result!

Morning, sorry, afternoon. So far I have tried to avoid the day. Taken the dog out, smoked about 300 tabs, washed the car in the rain-just the usual sort of Sunday. Finally getting into the pre-match routine-checking the fridge, swearing at the dog, smoking heavily, warming up my iron lung and starting feel that confidence which I don't think is misplaced. It would have been rather pleasant to have been at Wemberley, but what the hell. Here I am, master of the remote control and ready to go. No doubt we'll chat later.

confident.
