The FAA wants changes at Boeing

The FAA wants Boeing to make improvements in its manufacturing facilities. The agency conducted a four-month audit of the aircraft maker and discovered a high number of problems with parts the company used to make jets. The audit covered facilities in Renton, Everett, Auburn and Spokane. The regulator and Boeing are working together to develop a plan to improve production methods and to discover faulty parts before they are installed.
