The new version of MediaStudio Pro has the Ligos GoMotion tool embedded in it. They claim MPEG-1/2 editing together, etc. ATI uses GoMotion as well for their All-in-wonder 128 line, but it doesn't produce VCD compliant MPEG-1 unless you run it through another program. Anyone try MediaStudio Pro 6.0? I'll be downloading a trial version to see if it works...

i am currently trying out the trial version of msp 6.0. I am new to vcd burning but i seem to have been able to burn a vcd using nero 5.? that plays in my pc dvd and a mates stand alone dvd player without resorting to an external encoder
