What is the ideal equipment for setting up a digital studio for producing prints upto 30x40" and a camera with back which can also be used for outdoor photography ?

To be a little more to the point. It can't be done! If you are talking about traditional printing on an offset press the image needed has to be 300dpi. This will give you a file in the 300 to 400 megabite range.

As stated by someone last time you asked this question 35mm film is not good enough for high quality work for posters. It has to be very well shot to use as an 8.5" x 11" cover shot. You need to stay with medium to large format film and high end drum scanning.

medium format camera (film) and medium format slide scanner, I guess? Might want to skip the scanner and just use old tech enlarger. (besseler, etc..)
