More like enhancing his own and to hell with anyone else. He's since been despatched on his merry way to discuss the issue with my former manager(now his manager). I'm cleaning nonessential files off my computer and perusing job sites. :-)

Your manager sounds as if he will go far (but possibly not far enough in your opinion).

I had great glee when I worked at Reyrolles and and my manager was sacked and replaced by a fat accountant who revamped the job (in his eyes) and called himself MIS Manager
