More bodies found in Uganda cult deaths

Police in Uganda have pulled the last of 81 bodies from the latest mass grave of a doomsday cult.

The remains were discovered uinder the floor of the house of "Father" Dominic Kataribabo. He's an excommunicated Catholic priest and one of the leaders of the Christian Movement for the Restoration of the Ten Commandments.

More than 100 of the dead are children.

Police suspect the cult systematically killed hundreds of its members after a prediction that the world would end on December 31, 1999, failed to materialise.

More than 300 of them were in the cult's church which was set alight this month.

It's estimated the cult had about 1,000 members. At least 673 bodies have been recovered from the various cult sites across Uganada.
