ENERGODAR, the Zaporozhye region, March 28 (Itar-Tass) - The capacity of the fourth unit of Ukraine's Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, the largest nuclear power plant in Europe, is cut by almost one third to 600 megawatt. The unit will run in such regime till 6:00, Moscow time, on March 29.

It will take a day to stop the leak from a pump oil cooler at the head race's third pumping station. The power plant is safe, and the overall discharge of radionuclides into the atmosphere does not exceed 0.11 percent of the permissible level. The radiation background of the nuclear power plant is 11 microroentgen per hour, which corresponds to the natural radiation background of the power plant's zone.
