Hi to all guys,

If I buy a video/audio capture card, which can capture to avi with res 768x576, will I be able to make a stunning quality VCD and stunning quality DVD? Assuming I have the best AVI2MPEG and AVI2MPEG2 encoders?

I use PAL SVHS tape for weddings and I'm thinking to do some digital editing and for the future write to dvd.
