Micro grants for agro-ecology

The Sandy River Foundation grant provides a budget for seed money that can be accessed by Country Program Directors or Area Program Directors. It is suggested in the grant proposal that grants would be to support workshops or case studies in country program areas or regions. We need to get the word out and solicit responses and ideas from the field as to specific proposals for these funds. We would like to have reports and papers that will inform our overall assessment and planning for agro-ecology. One request that was forwarded was to support the upcoming ecology workshop in China, which I responded to positively. Let's hear some more ideas!
