Can someone please tell me if there is an adapter I can buy so I can play PAL color system VCDs on my NTSC color system Television sets.

If not can anybody tell me if there are any NTSC & PAL color systems compatible televisions currently being sold in the America?

Buy an APEX 600a DVD player (from e.g., circuit city). It plays the PAL VCD and output on NTSC TV (I've just tried).
