ITK are you winding the Mackems up again??

;o)

Alcohol has dulled the pain of todays defeat. I should have wore my lucky outfit. So its all my fault.

Nah not really......they are trying to be b@st@rds on the Strawberry Board, but appart from that I've been too busy working.....got one more thing to do, then settle for MOTD.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Oh dear forgot to turn the e-mail thingy off.

Currently watching Jerry Springer which is entitled:

"I am going to have sex with 2,000 men"

Role on MOTD.

Do you work from home then?

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

No......but in this business there are monitors everywhere.....I currently have sight of 11 TV screens. All 5 terestrial stations plus the UK channels (Gold, Horizons, Style) and Satelite stations

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

just been into RTG and posted a numerical wind up.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

11 TV screens

Square eyed and square arsed eh ?

I will pop onto RTG and have a look at the response.

Jay

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Hey Jay.....after last nights little shinanagens......I though you would have prefered to stick with Jerry to try and pick up some tips!

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

I don't know what you mean ????

Note to self......Don't stop Toon bus on the night before a game.

;o)

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Otherwise there could be Dyer consequences

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Ohhhh bad pun !!!

Did you see the fat guy with NUFC on his belly.....he made it onto MOTD

Jay

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

>>>>>Square eyed and square arsed eh ? <<<<<<

Square eyed yes, but how do you know about the arse.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Missed it on MOTD but I saw it on the rushes earlier, and the bloke two or three seats across from him seemed to be the double for Grant (Sting) but I don't know if he was at the game.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

>>>Did you see the fat guy with NUFC on his belly.....he made it onto MOTD <<<

Crikey - I didn't realise the cameras were on me.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Errrr a wild guess ??

I wonder if Mark B lasts the close season at ManUer. Just as well they got him on a freebie.

;o)

>>>Did you see the fat guy with NUFC on his belly.....he made it onto MOTD <<< >>>>>Crikey - I didn't realise the cameras were on me.<<<<<

He wasn't THAT fat Screacher!

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

So tell me Screacher how do you fit into the seats?

;o)

Jay

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

My persona as Stew Canel has been rumbled by the RTG lot......I've posted numerically tonight but they will probably also note the time of the posting and put two and two together....and still come up with five.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Oh be still my beating heart....Lee Sharpe is now on the pitch ;o)

He makes Bradford worth watching :o))

Jay

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Forget my earlier posting....just got an apology from the Makem Gasman....he's not sure if I am a Mag or not now.....confused little get.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Confusing a Mackem...Its easy done.

Radio 5 reckoned that Paul Scholes goal was goal of the season. Apart from being 20 yards out I saw nothing wonderful about it.

Jay

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

I've started another thread on this one.....but that Scholes goal for Newton Heath was an absolute corker.......well practised no doubt, but when they come off they look brilliant.....God I hate praising them but that needed some praise.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Lee Sharpe? I had you down (so to speak) as a more discerning lass than that!

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

I thought she meant Lee Clark!

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Lee Sharpe its my one weekness....Maybe its the big nose. Or have I just been living in Hull to long?

Look at Dean Windass and see the kind of men living here!!

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Scholes' Goal

Yes - when they come off they're brilliant. When they don't, those behind the goal have to take cover. Did you see Yorke? Almost took his heed off!

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Jay

You know what they say....big nose....small d***

Thank God I've got a small nose!

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Oh Jay. I don't want to know your fetish about Sharpe's neb. He's getting on a bit tho isn't he?

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Point taken Screacher....but to hit a ball on the volley like that is cracking stuff.....if Al or the Big Yin did it we would be drooling for weeks wouldn't we.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

ITK I thought that was feet?

Lee Sharpe is about 31-32 not much older than me I am afraid.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

I'm not saying it wasn't a good goal. I'd still be crying tears of joy had one of wor lads done that. Mind, Big Yin almost got one today but Sandy Westwood saved it. Hadn't realised LKD hit the woodwork (wrong end for us) until I saw the pre-match trailers on MotD.

B*gg*r - we shouldn't have lost that one.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

I've got small feet as well!

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Its big feet mate :o)

Jay

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

When they show YKD's post hit....listen out for the sound.....I promise...it isn't upped at all.......when I was watching the feed I thought one of our screens had cracked it was so bliddy loud.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

I heard it already. It was loud and clear on the trailer. At first, I thought it was one of my size 14 shoes falling on the floor!

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Seriously, I always though it was the size of your hands.....I always went out with girls with small hands to make it look .......no we best not go down that track........

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Right - I'm oota here for a while. Got to pack me bags. See youse later.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Bye Bye Screacher......off up north again are you.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Yes lets not go there.

I heard the ball it the woodwork too.

Anyone know how the contract talks with Dabs are going??

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Night Screacher have a good trip

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Its all gone quiet on the Dabs front.....word yesterday was that talks had broken down and he wasn't in the squad, and then today he is suddenly in the team!

Make of that what you will. I hope we keep hold of him, he has played some cr@p in the past, but now he is starting to come good he seems to be 'unsettled' -

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Just been back over to RTG....I reckon krist must be having a heart attack at the moment.......have you seen the posting to him.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

He will probably have a snappy comeback like 2-1 FTM or loser...I am sure he is Light Lover or Shite Shover as the Mackems call him

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Pretty much......he has just tried to have a go on the Strawberry.....I do not understand what makes him tick and use the kind of language that he does.....I only address posting to him to get that kind of response.

His postings are so easy to spot whatever name he uses......the child is so thick he can't disguise himself at all.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

He is talking about wing backs. Me I like it nice and simple a flat back four. And a good attacking midfield with wingers

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

He couldn't honestly tell the difference between wing backs and chickenm wings.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

What you mean there is a difference ???

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Yes there is....the Chinese cook chicken wings....its only the Tiwanese(sp) who cook wing backs.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

I can think of a couple of wing backs that could show signs is improvement with 20 mins in a wok.

I see Sutton is having a mare

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Hello - I'm back again.

Nah - not oop norg again (well, not until Weds night). I'm off to Guernsey for a couple of days work ;-))

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Doesn't he always....I really hope he plays at Wembley on the 9th

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

You smile about work? Thats very sad you know

;o)

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Nah - the smile wasn't aboot work. The fact that work is paying for me to go to Guernsey.........that's what makes me smile. I hope the weather's fine! Knowing my luck this weekend, it'll be p*ss*ng doon. Ah well, wet ootside as well as wet inside!

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

How come you get to go to Guernsey, Scratchy manages to get to Washington later in the year, Gav gets sent to Switzerland andthe best I get is a bliddy day trip to Belfast........you reckon they are trying to tell me something.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Belfast? Lucky you I get to Grimsby and Scunthorpe and wohooo Leeds and Halifax

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

But you got to meet Muhammed Ali a few months ago. I got to meet a Mackem IT manager. See - it evens out in the end.

PS. I was in Washington this week. Got lost on me way back from Birtley.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Whey hey! I'm watching a pair of huge Bristols in the Bath. It's disgustingly fithy - there's a fella who just had a try. Shouldn't be allowed on TV.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

well time is getting on and after a hard day of shopping and watching the TV I am knackered so I am off to bed

See you all later

Jay

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

The Makems were wetting themselves earlier about the Munchkins goal today, they reckon it should be goal of the season, but it wasn't that brilliant....it was a good strike and had nice swing on it, but Scholes' was better, YKD's last week was better constructed and Big Yin's against Newton Heath was more spectacular.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

Actually, I thought KP Nuts goal was reminiscent of the one he scored in the water-polo match. Canny shot, but not as good as Yin's, Scholes, or even Cole's GotM and nowhere as individualistic as LKD's. He was given plenty of time and a big target to hit.

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

It's about time I went home.......speak to you tomorrow.....night night.....one last Makem wind up

-- Anonymous, March 25, 2000

I see we have a thriller of a match to look forward to this afternoon.

West Ham v Wimbledon its enough to make me take up gardening

;o)

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

16:15pm

Another good goal. Well take by Di Canio, striking perfection as they said on sky. Lets hope its a good game and role on the Grand Prix

;o)

Jay

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

Hey Jay.....what role would you like in the Grand Prix.

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

Afternoon ITK

The one where you get to drink champers at the end ;o)

I see Kris is running true to form

;o)

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

Just tried widning Krist up with the suggestion he was one of the players in disguise. Made the boy's day.

I'm being Berwick Mackem and David these days

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

It's good when you are accepted, Krist 'knows' I'm one of the regulars.

Call me Bond, Jamesh Bond

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

Kris eh?

Friends in high places ;o)

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

Mac......If yu are being David as well as youself tonight I have just replied to you both!

It wasn't until after I put the name in did I realise it wrote ouyt as David McBeth......remember him One O'clock Show on Tyne Tees....latterly the owner of Greys Club.

Ah well.......6655321 may just have to go back into his world of pretence and fantasy....great film though!

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

What does 6655321 stand for?

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

You mean you don't know?

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

No I shut my brain down of Firday night and don't open it again until 9am Monday

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

It is the prison number given to Alex (Malcolm MacDowell) in A Clockwork Orange......he's mad as well you know!

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

Doh!

I have read he book too

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

I got the numbers wrong first of all yesterday but then checked the book last night and I think I have been getting them right today.

I've tried the book.....and failed to get through it several times, but hearing the 'slang' they use in the film it is a damn sight easier to understand than it is in the book when you have to keep refering to the glossary of terms at the back.

Saw the film again last week and it has lost none of its 'beauty'

-- Anonymous, March 26, 2000

Never seen the film. If I read the book I tend to avoid the film as it spoils it from me.

Currently reading Primary Colours which is okay but they slated the film.

Right off to beddie bys night night ;o)
