Use XingMPEG Player to play the VCD on your PC and select either right or left audio to switch between Cantonese and Mandarin. If you leave it on stereo, you'll hear both at the same time. Xing is CPU intensive and has a habit of crashing your computer. It's best to have a fast CPU and a fast CD-ROM drive for best results.
