When noted landscape photographer David Muench uses a 35mm SLR, it is interesting to note that he uses a Leicaflex. He used one on his book New Mexico II for some of the shots. Not sure if he still uses it now however. My guess is that the camera was the SL2. Anyone know for sure? His lenses range from 21mm to 560mm. SR

Hi - Correct, I know for sure I remember seeing the Leicaflex SL2mot as a body he uses, as well as I think a Leica R6. Not completely sure about the R6, but definately he uses an SL2mot. Hans

There was an article in Popular Photography a few years ago about landscape master David Muench, with several of his pictures taken with a Leicaflex and Macro-Elmarit 60/2.8 for landscape and close up pictures.

Ernst Haas used a Leicaflex SL for his magnificent Kodachrome images. Since a lot of his images were macro I assume he used the 60mm macro- Elmarit for many of his shots.
