Does anyone know who the author is or who can help me with it? the problem is that i have put fresh installs of windows 95 and 98 (not at the same time) on the same pc and under 95 the program works, but constantly reads the harddisk, when it should be writing the files in spurts.its almost like its trying to run defrag and decode the dvd at the same time. in 98 the program goes through the motions like its writing the files, but doesnt write anything. the program works fine on my other PCs with windows98, but i think its some conflict with my hardware and not the pc itself because it runs everything else under the sun flawlessly. this program just seems to have some beef with this particular pc. its a celeron with an intel lx440 chipset, ess es1869 audio(intergrated) and ati rage LT PRO video(intergrated). im using the most recent drivers for all of those and DX7. ive reinstalled windows so many times over the last week that ive memorized the "product keys"! so help me please!
