Will the Coolpix 990 take advantage of more features of the Nikon SB-28 Speedlight compared to the CP950?

Answers

Not directly-the SB-28 will work in TTL mode-but the camera itself will control variable power to the flash (whether internal or external or both...)

So maybe I'll almost say yes! ;-)
