Comparing Epson 760/860 4 color w/ 750 6 color models...

I'm wondering if anyone has seen output from both the Epson 760(or 860) & 750 models? I'm curious how photos from the new 760 with 4 color, 4 picoliter droplets look compared to the 750's 6 picoliter, 6 color output. Basically, does the smaller droplet size in any way add enough control over shading capability that I wouldn't miss the other two lighter inks? Since the cost of the 760 is much lower, and the print speed for plain text is much better, I'm wondering if I can get away with the 760 and still be happy with up to 8x10, or so, photo output? Thanks!

If you are printing the occasional Photo, go with the 860, if you are printing a higher percentage of Photos go with the 870. The 860 has great picture output but the 870 has phenominal picture output. The black ink lasts quite long on the Epsons anyway. You love either one though. The droplet size on the 870 is a little better and the six inks do most photos a little better justice. The 750 is going to be discontinued so you may get a good deal on one soon. Personally I think if you own a digital camera or are in the market you should get the 870.
