Having lost an entire card of pictures, I am resigned to the fact that I need to reformat the card. The camera is an Oly 340-L, and I've searched all instruction manuals for the flash path and camera, and nowhere does it tell me how to reformat. Tech support at Olympus concurs; they say the card needs to be formatted. I just forgot to ask them one question, and rather than sitting on hold for hours, I'm posting it here:

Insert card in flashpath ,insert flashpath in floppy drive,then click(my computer),right click drive A (floppy disc drive),from the drop down menu click format,and follow on screen instuctions. Good luck soli
