Just ordered Nikon CP950 ,will the new $100 rebate apply? or should I cancel and buy after april ,1 . Thank you

According to the rebate form, it is good for purchase from 'authorized reseller' and many of the sellers I see online or eBay are not. Whether Nikon would honor the rebate form or not is a good guess. I also see many on eBay 'factory wrapped in bubble shrink with no box' and it screams out to me someone else already took the rebate. Be sure to use a credit card so you have some leverage and save a copy of their advertisement. FTC is looking closing at online advertising but it is while in coming. I sell jewelry on line and the FTC found that 20% of the vendors were selling mis marked karat jewelry.
