Sears pocketwatch

When I was younger my grandfather gave me a Sears pocketwatch. It appears to be made of brass and was manufactured in Great Britain. The only other identifying mark I could find were the words "Base Metal" engraved/stamped into the bottom. On the back there is a picture of a train crossing a bridge with a sailboat in the background on a lake engraved into the metal. The watch face itself has roman numerals and a separate second counter at the bottom of the watch. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated
