I have a beautiful male Toy Poodle that I am interested in taking to the dog shows...but I am not too familiar with how to begin...is their a certain haircut, obedience qualification, etc...is there somewhere to find this information ( I am new to the net)...any help is appreciated... Hi Cora, You sure are asking lots of questions about poodles! Great! You are getting started in the right direction! Joining PSG is a good place to hear from all kind of poodle owners, breeders, obedience poodles, agility poodles, show dogs, SAR work, and therapy dogs. If you hang around long enough, you'll become familiar about what to do. How about finding out if there is a dog show in your area? Your dog's breeder should be able to give you a hand there. Please introduce yourself to PSG and tell us about your toy poodle! Good luck on learning about cyber space! It can be a wonderful tool and one which you can meet many different personalities. Hopefully, you'll get to a dog show and meet some of the people whose names you become familiar with.
